These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Metrix (the "Service"), available at metrix.leadspidey.com, provided by Scribbify Media LLP.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't violate Meta's Platform Terms or any applicable law.
- Don't reverse engineer, resell, or scrape the Service.
- Don't connect Meta assets you don't have authorization to manage.
4. Third-party services
The Service integrates with Meta and (optionally) OpenAI / Anthropic. You are bound by their respective terms when using those integrations.
5. Fees
Paid plans, if any, are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
