Metrix complies with Meta's data deletion requirements. You can remove your data from Metrix in any of the following ways.
1. Delete your Metrix account (recommended)
- Sign in to Metrix.
- Go to Settings → Danger zone.
- Click Delete account and confirm.
This removes your profile, Meta connections, cached metrics, AI keys, recommendations, and planner items immediately.
2. Disconnect Meta only
From Connections → Disconnect, we revoke our access token, stop syncing, and remove cached Meta data within 7 days.
3. Automated deletion via Facebook
When you remove the Metrix app from your Facebook account (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites), Facebook sends us a signed deletion request to the callback URL below. We process it automatically and confirm with a status URL.

4. Email request
If you prefer, email support@leadspidey.com from the address on your account and we'll process the request within 30 days.
